Every Sunday, The Brasserie restaurant transforms into a haven for roast enthusiasts with our new Sunday Roast Club.
Inspired by our passion to showcase the bounty of local and sustainable purveyors here in Louth, our Sunday Roast Club features the finest of locally sourced meats and the freshest seafood, all meticulously prepared by our skilled chefs.
Forget the limitations of a single plate, our roasts are served family-style on shareable boards, allowing you to create a delightful dining experience for friends and family.
Our hero boards commence from 4 people sharing with a choice of:
- Carve into succulent ROSEMARY & GARLIC ROAST STRIPLOIN OF BEEF alongside delicate SALMON EN CROUT – a perfect pairing for €27.50 per person.
- For a lighter option, indulge in BASIL & LEMON BASTED CHICKEN served with a hearty BAKED LENTIL, CHICKPEA & CORIANDER LOAF – a satisfying combination at €22.50 per person.
- Seafood lovers will adore the HONEY GLAZED HAM & TURKEY ROULADE, complemented by a delightful COCOTTE OF CARLINGFORD SEAFOOD – a luxurious experience for €27.50 per person.
All come served with a choice of crunchy vegetables, potatoes, sauces and dips. Plus for those who wish to elevate their Sunday Lunch, we offer a selection of starters including Carlingford seafood starter boards and sides of family-sharing salad bowls as delightful add-on sides.
